We got great value for our money with a spacious room, fully equipped kitchen, and comfy bed and pillow. The location was perfect for exploring the Carmel Mountain area and Animal Park. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The food for breakfast could have been better with more variety.

On-site activities for grandkids. Friendly front desk with helpful dinner advice. Varied breakfast with attentive staff. Comfortable bed and well-stocked kitchen.

Ideal location, shops nearby, short drive to Lake Poway, clean and large rooms, good kitchen amenities, friendly staff.

As backpackers, we loved the great location and the convenience of having a kitchenette in our room. The friendly and helpful front desk staff made us feel welcome, and the room itself was comfortable and well-situated. We were also impressed by how exceptionally clean everything was. The staff even went above and beyond by waiving our parking fee after hearing about our rental car fiasco, saving us $32. The property was conveniently located close to the attractions we were visiting, and we enjoyed the clean and inviting pool area. the facilities were top-notch and exceeded our expectations.

The check-in and check-out process was very slow and confusing. It took a long time for them to figure out splitting the room cost.

The location was fantastic, within walking distance of many great restaurants, and the staff were so accommodating, letting me check in early so my child could attend online school.
