The common areas and my room were in great condition, and the hot breakfast was more than satisfactory. The hotel staff, including Tina and Peter, were warm and accommodating throughout my stay. as an experienced traveler, I had a first-class experience at Residence Inn and would recommend it.

We recently stayed in the downtown area for a city break at a hotel with great perks. the complimentary breakfast offered a wide range of options and the valet parking was convenient. the hotel was located in the heart of downtown with easy access to several restaurants and shops. We enjoyed having a kitchenette in the room for cooking our meals.

The hotel room had a run-down appearance with old furniture that needed to be replaced. the walls were dirty with food particles on them and there were holes in the walls.

Once we arrived at Residence Inn, we were pleasantly surprised to find that all our requests made through the Bonvoy app were met. The room was clean, the common areas were well-maintained, and the hot breakfast was satisfying. The staff, especially Tina and Peter, were warm and welcoming.
