The hotel is in a great central location, close to metro stations and main points of interest. The staff is friendly and the reception is open 24/7. The room was clean and well-equipped with complimentary toiletries and amenities. The breakfast buffet, although at an extra cost, was varied and abundant.

petit palace was even better this time, spacious room, comfy beds, great location, helpful staff, and a delicious breakfast with lots of variety. exceeded our expectations after our last stay in madrid.

The location of this hotel was spot on, right in the middle of a buzzing shopping area with plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean, and the staff provided great service. The breakfast was a highlight, with a variety of healthy options including green shots and smoothies, as well as delicious fruits and yoghurt.

All was in order and very clean.

Despite some works being carried out, our room was very peaceful. The hotel room was clean and modern, offering a comfortable stay. The continental breakfast was tasty and satisfying. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of many attractions, shops, and near a train station. Rooms are clean, nice, and equipped with amenities like bottles of water, toiletries, and hair dryers. Breakfast is delicious and the staff is friendly and attentive. The hotel also offers pocket WiFi for guests to use while exploring the city.

Just one downside to mention: there were some noisy water pumps in adjacent rooms which might disrupt your good night's sleep.

The hotel staff were friendly, professional and efficient. The front office manager, Vincente, was extremely helpful and no task was too difficult. The hotel upgraded us for the last 2 nights without even asking.

This hotel is great value for money and the prices are very reasonable. It is located in the center of the city, near the Puerta del Sol metro station, making it easy to explore all the major museums and galleries on foot. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained. I particularly loved the balcony view and the beautifully designed bathroom. The new towels and sheets added a touch of luxury to my stay, and the fact that breakfast was included served as a great start to each day.

Great complementary breakfast and coffee. the location was really convenient for my business meetings and it was easy to find the hotel. the staff was pretty helpful in pointing out a good restaurant near the hotel and the WiFi was super fast.

The room is smaller than expected and the noise from outside was annoyingly loud. the elevators were also slow, so I had to wait for quite a while.
