We were particularly impressed with the car service they contracted with, as the drivers, Maria and Tomas, were friendly and respected our privacy. The issue with the ice maker in our room was quickly resolved by the responsive front desk staff. Additionally, our room on the ground floor was quiet and spacious, allowing us to set up our laptops and get work done. The updated bathroom and adjustable shower head were also a pleasant surprise. The bed was incredibly comfortable, probably the best hotel bed we've ever slept in. The breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and cold options, and the hotel bartender was friendly and entertaining. The free hotel sponsored happy hours were a great way to unwind and connect with others. we were very impressed with Residence Inn and look forward to returning in the future for some rest and relaxation.
