I recently stayed at the Country Inn in Galena for a weekend getaway. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facility was clean. The pool area was well maintained, and the slide was a huge hit. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the eggs were extra fluffy. The lobby entrance was beautiful and provided an amazing view of the pool. it was a wonderful experience at a very reasonable price.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with everything looking and feeling brand new. The hotel facilities, particularly the pool area with its waterslide, were top-notch and well-maintained. Parking was convenient, and the location was in a great area, not too far from anything in the Galena area. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, from the friendly front desk agents to Thomas who was incredibly helpful and even provided great dinner recommendations. Additionally, the breakfast was a delightful surprise, with a variety of tasty selections served in a monitored and clean dining area.

My recent stay at Country Inn was fabulous! The breakfast choices were abundant, with timely and hot servings. The staff went above and beyond, even sending out for milk when it ran out. They ensured a clean and pleasant dining experience by sanitizing tables and chairs throughout the morning. The room was well-maintained and the hot tea and coffee by the front door were very convenient. I had no issues with my key card or the TV, and the bathroom fixtures appeared to be new and clean.

Although the coffee was at a drinkable temperature, it cooled down faster than I could finish my breakfast. Also, there was a random and rude guest who knocked on my door at 8:00pm claiming we were being too loud, which was not true.

Just outside of downtown, this hotel offers a great location away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city center. The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds, and some even have a fireplace and whirlpool for added relaxation. The basic amenities are all provided, including 2 separate bathrooms in some rooms, perfect for families or groups. The breakfast served on real plates is a nice touch and is included in the reasonable rates.

All was perfect, nothing to complain about.

As young holiday goers, we were pleasantly surprised by the indoor swimming pools, especially the larger one with the water slide. The separate shallow pool for young children was a nice addition. The breakfast was superb, with an abundance of choices and unusually good coffee. The breakfast room had friendly and helpful employees who even offered to make waffles to order.

We felt welcomed throughout our stay and had no reason to complain.

We had a great time during our family trip to Galena. We stayed at Country Inn and loved it! The room was spacious enough for the three of us and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. The highlight for us was definitely the pool area. They had a separate kiddy pool with a slide, a large hot tub, and a regular-sized pool with a water slide. My child had so much fun going down the slide over and over again. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient, right off the main street. it was a cozy and enjoyable stay.

Our Christmas vacation at this hotel was enjoyable. the room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a pleasant stay. the hotel's location was convenient, allowing us to easily access nearby attractions. Additionally, the staff was friendly and professional, making us feel welcomed during our stay.

There were a few aspects that we didn't particularly like. the pool and arcade closed earlier than the advertised hours, which was disappointing as we had planned to use these facilities.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside of downtown and close to all the events in the area. The included breakfast is impressive, and there is a larger swimming pool with free towels provided. The rooms have microwaves, small fridges, and coffee makers with coffee included.

One room had a musty smell and a loud air conditioner, but the manager took care of the issue and reduced the bill by $25.

Conveniently located near Chestnut Mountain Ski Resort. Game room with old arcades. Walmart nearby. Good room size for 3 people. Amazing breakfast. Exceptional pool with separate kiddy pool, hot tub, and water slide. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room with comfortable beds and pillows. Lots to do in the hotel. Polite and accommodating staff. Very enjoyable stay, will return.

The indoor saltwater pool and slide were great for the kids. The cookies at check-in were a nice touch, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Easy access to downtown and a great price. we enjoyed our stay.
