Great Location: The hotel is ideally situated close to a beautiful park, providing a romantic backdrop for our escape. The convenience of having immediate access to the park was a major highlight of our stay.

Room Privacy: Unfortunately, some rooms faced a narrow inner courtyard, offering limited privacy if the shades were opened. This was a downside as we would have loved to enjoy the view without feeling exposed to others.

I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton in NYC and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is in a prime location and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It had a cozy, boutique hotel vibe that I loved, especially the dark library-style lounge where I enjoyed a late night cocktail. The service was impeccable - my requests were met with 100% satisfaction. The turn-down service, restaurant staff, reception staff, and in-room dining staff were all excellent. I can't recommend this hotel enough!

The room was quiet, comfortable, and beautifully furnished. The staff, from the front desk to the concierge, was professional, attentive, and friendly. They even waived our fee when we had to shorten our stay due to a family tragedy. We can't recommend this hotel enough.
