The televisions were excellent and made the stay somewhat enjoyable.

Great spot with nice views

Got upgraded to a creek view room with a balcony, so cool! Super comfy beds and awesome AC, just don’t leave it on all night, you'll freeze. The location is perfect for hitting up downtown. Pool looks great, and staff was super chill even after my toddler had an accident. Found a moldy smoke detector tho, yikes!

The staff was friendly and always ready to help us. We enjoyed the easy access to cycling trails and the peaceful environment around the hotel.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still reasonable for what we received.

I was totally grossed out by the room we got. It was crawling with bugs, and the bathroom was filthy! Had to scrub the tub myself; I couldn't believe how dirty it was. Seriously, never staying there again!

Fantastic riverside spot with easy access to attractions and dining

This place was amazing because it sits right by the river which made for beautiful views and was super convenient with so many attractions just a short walk away like the Old Mill which is only about 900 meters and The Island in Pigeon Forge that's less than a 2 km stroll plus we found great dining options just around the corner like J.T. Hannah's Kitchen only about 250 meters away and of course there were multiple other places to grab a bite to eat within walking distance so you can easily enjoy casual strolls around the area I had a great time fishing right outside the hotel and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful but I did notice the rooms could have used a bit more attention to cleanliness overall it was a wonderful experience filled with fun activities and beautiful scenery.

Just a good match for a quick trip in Pigeon Forge with great value-to-price ratio. Clean and comfy room.

Beds were comfortable, and the staff were genuinely friendly, handling my toddler's accident with kindness. for $360, I expected more — the bathroom had hair and cobwebs, and the coffee pot was dirty. Parking right outside the room was convenient, yet the overall cleanliness fell short. The air conditioning worked wonders, but the carpet and drapes needed serious attention. There were issues that made me uneasy about hygiene, yet the location was great for local attractions. This place has potential, but it’s in desperate need of a deep clean and some TLC.

Cozy room, friendly staff with great accommodations such as a king bed upgrade and responsive housekeepers who handled my child's accident without issue.

Friendly staff and beautiful surroundings

During our spontaneous stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality and the scenic views. The environment was relaxing, particularly with the ducks and geese nearby. Although there were minor issues with cleanliness, the staff made every effort to ensure our comfort.

The location is super convenient with nice places to eat nearby. We had a blast feeding the ducks – such a fun way to start the day! The staff were really nice and helpful, which made things better. Just wished the room was cleaner and didn’t have that musty smell.

The location was fantastic but the rooms had issues - from cigarette smell to a malfunctioning toilet and poor amenities. Staff seemed bothered. On the upside, the friendly environment and cleanliness were a plus. Enjoyed being with the ducks and geese, despite some discomfort with beds and Wi-Fi.

I loved the peaceful vibe right by the river! The upgraded beds felt like a dream, and the flat-screen TV with Firestick made me feel right at home. Plus, the staff was unbelievably polite—A+ service all the way!

Feeding the ducks was a delightful highlight. Waking up to that peaceful scene is commendable. The spacious rooms provided comfort, and the staff demonstrated kindness and helpfulness. At $360, I expected luxury, not hair on the floor or in the shower. The bathroom showed neglect, and the carpets and drapes were filthy. Connectivity issues persisted, too. While I appreciate the friendly staff and spacious design, significant improvements are needed. A bit of investment in cleaning and maintenance could elevate this experience drastically. For now, I can’t recommend this place. Cleanliness should never be compromised.
