The location of the hotel is perfect, just around the corner from the beach and boardwalk. It's so convenient to have everything so close by. On Friday when I came back from the boardwalk, I was pleasantly surprised by the clean and comfortable room. The bathroom had a nice steam shower that was perfect after a long day at the beach. The cozy king size bed was a great touch, and the small fridge and microwave came in handy. I also enjoyed the private balcony with a nice view. the room had all the facilities and advantages I needed for a relaxing stay.

There was one negative aspect that bothered me. The lack of cleanliness in the room was a disappointment, especially finding trash and lost toys under the bed.

My stay at Riviera Resort & Suites was excellent. The location was perfect, just steps away from the boardwalk and beach. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it convenient for meals in the room. The two patios were a nice bonus, offering options for sun or shade. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff went above and beyond to assist us in our unique situation, allowing us to check-in late and even accommodating a last-minute request for an additional room if needed. The room was exactly as described, clean and with great amenities such as a private balcony, steam shower, and a comfortable king-size bed. The location was perfect, just half a block away from the boardwalk and within walking distance of various restaurants. We also appreciated the ample parking and the helpfulness of the staff throughout our stay.

The location was great, very close to the boardwalk and beach. It was convenient to walk to all the attractions in the area. the cleaning lady was really helpful and went out of her way to make sure our room was spotless.

The staff was not very friendly, they were abrupt with us. the free Wi-Fi they advertised was a disappointment, we couldn't connect properly and kept getting kicked off.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like

This hotel was absolutely amazing, offering great value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the size of the rooms. I stayed in a full apartment size kitchen with a balcony, which was a fantastic addition. The kitchen had all the amenities I needed, including an oven, stove, and microwave. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I also loved the location of the hotel, just a block away from the boardwalk and close to the 3rd pier. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance, including the beach and various stores. The attention to detail, such as having a whirlpool tub in the room, truly made my stay a delightful experience.

Everything was more than okay.

Great value for the money! the room was spacious with separate living and bedroom areas. the location was fantastic, just a short walk to the boardwalk and lots of restaurants nearby. We loved being able to easily access all the attractions and entertainment in the area. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even gave us free drink passes to some really nice restaurants!

The only drawback was that the air conditioning could have been better. It wasn't as cool as we would have liked, especially during hotter days.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable and required extra pillows for a good night's sleep. Additionally, the TV placement made it difficult to watch from the bed.

The room we booked initially was disappointing. It had a musty smell, a broken lamp, and the Family Suite was not as described.
