Amazing stay with unique, handcrafted room themes.

While my experience was overall positive, I found it challenging to navigate the area without any advanced signage. As a first-time visitor, arriving during daylight was crucial, and I felt a bit anxious driving on the 70mph 2-lane roads. Additionally, I wished for a bit more variety in breakfast options, as it felt somewhat repetitive after a few days.

During our stay, the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains were simply unforgettable! The delicious breakfast featuring huckleberry pancakes made our mornings extra special. Plus, having direct access to the Clark Fork River for fishing and swimming was the cherry on top of our amazing experience.

The tranquil surroundings and stunning mountain views from the deck make it an ideal escape. Also, the spacious themed guestrooms with their own bathrooms brought a cozy vibe that matched the picturesque setting.

Some noise from guests walking by the ground-level rooms could disturb the peace at times, so you might want to request a quieter room if that's a concern. Additionally, the breakfast options could use a little more variety beyond the delightful offerings, as a few guests wished for things like omelets or quiche. Finally, accessing the ranch might be tricky at night due to limited signage, so it's best to arrive during daylight to avoid navigating the winding roads without clear directions.

Staying here felt like a dream, especially with the breathtaking sunrise views and those special breakfasts each morning—Patti's train wreck is a must-try! Chilling by the river with my feet in the water was just lekka. Sam and Patti are such warm hosts, makes you feel like part of the fam.

Only small issue—sometimes there was a bit of noise from other guests, but didn't ruin the vibe.

My stay at Rocky Point Ranch was absolutely enchanting. The owners, Patti and Sam, were incredibly welcoming and shared their local tips, leading us to hidden gems like Thompson Falls and Kootenai Falls. I particularly enjoyed the opportunity to explore the stunning grounds, featuring a lovely garden and the serene views of the Clark Fork River. Every breakfast was a delightful culinary adventure, especially the well-prepared entrees that included bacon and huckleberry jam, a real treat for the morning. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and made for a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration.

Occasional noise from passing guests was distracting.

rocky point ranch, montana bed & breakfast is a gem in a beautiful valley. the views over the river and surrounding mountains are breathtaking. our spacious deluxe family room was a perfect retreat. we loved the different, delicious breakfast meals every morning made by patti, and it was great to relax by the river with camping chairs.
