Our room at Tropical Marina & Resort On Lake Beresford was incredibly spacious, with a separate living area and kitchen. We loved the great outdoor space and the fact that it was directly on the lake. It was a wonderfully quiet place to stay, perfect for relaxation. Despite arriving early, we were pleasantly surprised to find our room ready for check-in.

One drawback was that the security lights outside our room lit it up at night and there was no way to block the light. The three windows in the room didn't open, and the mini blinds provided no protection against the light.

Located near a serene lake and within a well-maintained property with clean grounds, my stay offered peace and quiet. The room was spacious enough for a group of four people and the shower had ample hot water and good pressure. The staff was accommodating, leaving my key in the room when I was running late for check-in.

The location was quite remote, with few options for entertainment nearby. the hotel's management was unresponsive to my messages requesting information about my stay and deposit requirements.
