The confusing layout from the airport could be improved!!! Room temperatures fluctuated uncomfortably, while the bathrooms need better design for privacy. Additionally, the lack of quick maintenance response times is frustrating!!!

Wicked impressed with the staff! Richard, the shuttle driver, was a lifesaver, helpin’ us with our bags and even takin’ us around town. Emily recommended some killer dinner spots, and breakfast was like a feast! The room was neat and cozy, with all the essentials. Totally felt right at home. Can’t wait to come back!

It was just a nice choice for a fleeting trip in Warwick with outstanding value for money. The shuttle driver went out of his way to give us a ride even when we were going to walk over. Make sure to give a quick call for directions if you're arriving late at night.

During my recent stay, the staff was exceptional and the shuttle service was convenient, enhancing my experience, especially during a storm. However, I faced issues with noise from neighboring rooms that affected my sleep quality, and the pricing policies were a bit confusing. Great for distressed travelers needing a quick spot to rest before their flight, but improvements in soundproofing would greatly enhance the stay.
