The staff here was super welcoming and helpful, making me feel right at home and very well taken care of, big shoutout to Gerard Fort and Matthew McGuigan for their excellent service! the beds were unbelievably comfy, I woke up feeling refreshed and energized like never before, definitely the best night's sleep I've had in ages. the only slight issue I encountered was that the fridge in my room wasn't cooling properly, but it didn't really bother my overall amazing experience. 🌟

The staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful during my stay at Romer Waikiki At the Ambassador in Honolulu with my four-year-old daughter. the location was great, close to beautiful beaches, shopping, and restaurants. the pool area was also lovely, and the modern room décor and amenities were impressive. the proximity to landmarks like the Waikiki Aquarium, Honolulu Zoo, and shops made family bonding easy, while the relaxation options such as the outdoor swimming pool and live entertainment added to the overall enjoyment of our trip. the staff, like Ms. Schereen, really went above and beyond to make our stay special. I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Honolulu.
