Convenient location near SeaWorld and restaurants.

The hallway temperature was uncomfortably hot, and several guests, including myself, mentioned the same issue during our stay. Additionally, the laundry facilities were quite inadequate. only one washer seemed to work, and it was leaking water all over the floor, making it very inconvenient. I had to sit on the floor in the hallway while waiting for my clothes, which really diminished the experience.

Had a boss time at this hotel! The breakfast was well sound, with made-to-order omelets that hit the spot after long days at SeaWorld. Just a shame the fitness room could use a few more weights, but overall, a good stay!

The happy hour specials were nice, making for a relaxing evening. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of my room left much to be desired. I found hair in the bathtub, which was quite off-putting. Overall, a mixed experience with decent amenities but questionable housekeeping.

Power outage and chaos lasted hours—poor experience.

The eggs Benedict were a culinary highlight—perfectly poached and dripping with hollandaise! The view from our room of the SeaWorld coasters was a thrilling bonus, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout, especially at check-in.

We might have missed it, but there didn’t seem to be a shuttle to the airport. Still, it didn’t dim our excitement at this awesome location, just a small tweak that would have made the stay even better.

The staff shows varying levels of responsiveness. while some were helpful like Anaise and Darissa, others lacked professionalism. The rooms were clean, though one had an unpleasant odor. Despite some service issues, the location is great for SeaWorld visits and offers decent amenities. Perfect for families looking for convenience but training in customer service could enhance the experience.

i loved being just a short walk from seaworld and only about 500 meters from some great restaurants, making it super easy to enjoy both the theme park and tasty meals during my stay.

Right opposite SeaWorld, so lekker for the kids! The room was clean, and the staff were sharp-sharp and super friendly, always keen to help when we needed a brekkie tip or extra towels. The bar area was a nice kuier spot after running around all day. Definitely coming back!

Only downside was the shuttle service. it got a bit confusing when we were trying to navigate to our destinations.

Super clean and comfy room. A generator that handled hurricane vibes like a champ! Loved the fresh grabs from the shop, perfect during the stormy weather.

But my bathtub had a surprise guest—someone else's hair! I guess the cleaning staff was in a hurricane hide-and-seek mood.

The location is ideal for visiting the theme parks,, only a short walk to SeaWorld and nearby shops. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, and enjoyed the breakfast options, the homemade omelets were delicious!

However, the noise from slamming doors in the morning made it hard to get a good night's sleep. A few more healthy breakfast options would also be appreciated.

The staff was super helpful, like they knew exactly what you needed before you asked! I loved being able to check in the night before and pick my own room, got a fantastic view of the fireworks from the 8th floor, it was incredible! We walked to SeaWorld, it took us about 15 min and that was a breeze since we didn’t have to worry about parking, we enjoyed a few drinks without a care in the world!

It wasn't exactly cheap but worth it!
