The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and welcoming, from the friendly cleaning staff to the professional check-in experience. the location was ideal, with easy access to an I-Ride stop and a free shuttle to Universal Studios. However, the small pool and occasional presence of unattended children detracted from the overall experience.

The bed was super comfortable and offered a great view of the pool, adding to the relaxation factor of my stay. The breakfast buffet at The Palms Restaurant was an absolute delight, offering a wide variety of options that catered to every palate. It was a great way to start my day.

The air conditioner in the room was quite noisy and tended to wake me up during the night.

Our stay at the hotel was complemented perfectly by its proximity to Orlando's world-famous theme parks, adding tons of entertainment to our family outing. The Rosen Inn provided a perfect base for exploring Universal Orlando Resort and all its awesome attractions. We loved the seasonally-heated swimming pool, which was just what we needed to relax after a day of adventure at the parks.

My wife says that it would be great if the hotel offered more children's activities to keep the little ones entertained during downtime.

staying at rosen inn was a great experience. the location was perfect, within walking distance to attractions and with a convenient shuttle to the theme park. the room was updated and clean, with comfortable beds and quality linens. the staff was friendly and the overall property had a nice appearance. the free parking and excellent shuttle service to the nearby Universal Studios were added bonuses.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, as it was in a very convenient area. There were plenty of businesses nearby, and I found it very easy to explore the area either by driving or walking. Plus, the hotel was located close to everything, making it extremely convenient for me to visit the various attractions in the area. The fact that it was on the trolley line also made accessing the area attractions very easy.
