I stayed at this place with my family. The location was excellent. We were steps from many attractions, making exploring easy. The apartments were basic but had what we needed. One morning, we enjoyed breakfast in the room using the kitchenette. It felt welcoming to have that space to share a meal together. Everything was in walking distance, which suited us since I love to discover new places on foot. I appreciate a lively city vibe.

We appreciated the hotel’s prime location near Times Square and Broadway, allowing us to easily walk to meetings and attractions without transportation costs. The kitchenette in our room was a huge bonus, making it convenient to prepare meals and save on dining expenses.

The elevator system was occasionally slow, causing minor inconvenience during busy hours.

i can’t believe how much time it took for the cleaning staff to get to our room, it was like they were on a coffee break every day! ! elevators were quite the trek too, and i expected at least a complimentary upgrade for my troubles but clearly being special to them is an alien concept. almost left a good review, but just couldn’t.

Consider checking for room insulation if you’re sensitive to noise. also request rooms away from the elevator for a quieter experience.

The elevators are notoriously slow, causing frustration when in a hurry!!! Outdated room decor leaves much to be desired!!! The inconsistency of hot water availability was quite bothersome!!! A wider variety in room configurations would be a big plus!!!

The complimentary luggage storage was a huge convenience that allowed us to enjoy our last day in the city without dragging bags around. The strong Wi-Fi was also a pleasant surprise, helping us stay connected during our New York adventure.

i almost left a fabulous review, but the horrendous elevators and the total lack of air conditioning ruined it. i expected at least a complimentary gesture for these inconveniences, isn’t it customary? ! i mean, the room décor was cute, but who cares when you can't breathe? might as well sleep on the street! 6/10.

i loved my stay at radio city! the location was unbeatable, with most attractions just a short walk away or a quick subway ride. the fitness facilities were a great bonus, making it easy to squeeze in a workout. plus, the kitchen area in our deluxe studio made meal prep a breeze. overall, a solid experience!

the front desk staff could be friendlier, especially during early check-ins.

This delightful studio apartment in the Theater District was just what I needed for my two-night escape. It was small yet charming, with comfortable beds and a clean bathroom. The kitchenette, equipped with ice trays, added a personal touch. Perfectly located near food spots and breakfast options. I’ll definitely return!

It was just a perfect match for a flash visit in New York with very good value for money. The maintenance team was quick to fix our clogged toilet within minutes of calling.

Strong Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception were great, but elevator was slow.

we enjoyed our stay in NYC with a small but perfect room that was clean and cozy after our long walks, and the hotel's location made it super easy for us to explore Central Park and the Museum of Modern Art, just a short stroll away.

But honestly, the brown decor felt a bit like a throwback from a bad '80s movie. And those elevators? They seemed on a leisurely stroll while we were in a hurry!
