The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great, with convenient access to bus stops and the cable car turnaround. The hotel also had on-site parking, laundry facilities, vending machines, and an ice machine. There were plenty of nearby dining options, grocery stores, and a pharmacy. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi, satellite TV, daily maid service, and even had a security guard during evenings and nights. The neighborhood felt safe for walking.

The rooms were nicely appointed for a bargain price, the location was convenient to our conference, the staff was friendly, and the onsite free parking was a blessing. The parking lot attendant at the public parking lot next door was really cool too. Great venue for a 1-2 night stay in the city.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is right in the heart of Chinatown and within walking distance to the financial district. You can easily explore the vibrant neighborhood with its famous Dim Sum Bistro just steps away. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even arranging a shuttle service for us. The rooms are comfortable, with a king-sized bed and a fan to keep cool. Free parking is a great advantage, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the room, such as stains on the curtains and evidence of bed bugs.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel conveniently located near muni for easy travel around the city. The rooms were very nice and the staff was incredibly friendly and honest. We had a minor scare when my husband dropped our credit card, but the parking attendant found it and returned it to the front desk. Free parking on-site was a huge plus, as we didn't have to worry about our car. The location, on the edge between China Town and Little Italy, was perfect for exploring and there were plenty of restaurants and tourist spots within walking distance.
