I recently stayed at this motel for one night and it was a pleasant experience. The staff members were very kind and understanding, especially during a difficult time as we were in town for a funeral. They extended our reservation without any hesitation and provided fresh towels and made our beds every day. The room itself was neat and clean, with a small refrigerator and microwave as extra amenities. Despite being an older place, it was spotlessly clean and definitely one of the top three motels I've stayed in terms of cleanliness. I would definitely stay here again if needed.

I recently stayed at a motel in Chariton for work and was pleasantly surprised by Royal Rest. The place was incredibly clean, even surpassing some of the big chain motels I've stayed in before. Despite being a bit outdated, the rooms were spotless. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even upgrading our room without us asking so we could have an extra bed for a last-minute guest. The location was convenient, right off highway 34. I had a great experience and will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

The comfortable bed provided a much-needed restful night's sleep, and I appreciated the large flat-screen TV with plenty of channels to choose from. The motel's location right off the highway was incredibly convenient and made it easy for me to continue on my journey the next day. Despite being a 2-star motel, I found the overall experience to be quite satisfactory.
