I had a great stay! The room was spacious and clean, and the bar staff was amazing. However, I faced a small hiccup when my fridge wasn't cooling, but it was replaced quickly. I'd definitely choose this place again!

The shuttle service to nearby attractions was a real plus, making our stay easy. Unfortunately, the staff was inconsistent. one at the front desk was dismissive about our needs. Overall, the hotel was clean and the atmosphere pleasant.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like 24-hour reception, a bar/lounge area, and a fitness center. On my first stay, staff helped me find great places to visit. I recommend ordering in-room breakfast! I'll definitely be back for my next trip.

The valet service had its moments, but the lively atmosphere at the bar and attentive staff made for a delightful overall experience, especially during happy hour with live music highlights.

Check-in felt like comin' home, real warm folks. Room on the 6th floor was so high, I thought I was floatin'! Clean sheets, comfy bed, and that breakfast with smoked salmon? Ain’t nothin' like it. Just a lil' noise from the train, but I still slept like a baby.

We loved exploring the Louisiana Boardwalk and hitting the Riverboat Gaming Casinos. The location is great. a quick 10-minute walk to Sam's Town Casino. Plus, we appreciated the free shuttle service within a 2-mile radius for even more adventure.

We faced a small hiccup when our first room wasn't clean, but the staff quickly moved us to another room. They handled it well and made sure we were taken care of.

The hotel was super clean, and the staff was amazing! We tried the bar's appetizers, and they were tasty. Only thing is parking was a bit tight. But overall, we loved the free shuttle service to the casinos. Made our trip so much easier!

The hotel offered a shuttle service to the nearby casinos, making our visit convenient. Breakfast options included delightful fruit salads, adding a refreshing touch to the morning. However, the air conditioning in the room struggled to keep cool, affecting sleep quality, and there were several maintenance issues, like the elevator being out. Regardless, the cleanliness of the property and the excellent service encourage a return visit.

The room was clean, spacious, and had a nice fridge that got replaced quickly when it wasn't cooling. The beds were pretty comfortable, making for a decent night’s sleep. The water pressure in the shower was solid too. But a couple of hiccups with housekeeping on the second day, which was kinda annoying. The location is super convenient, though, especially with the shuttle service to casinos. Not bad overall, but I might look elsewhere next time!
