Great vibes and comfy rooms

The hotel has a chill vibe with friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good, but no bacon, sadly! Rooms were spacious and clean, which was a nice plus. The location is decent for heading to the Alamo or Riverwalk, though it’s a bit of a trek. Valet parking was a bummer at $40 a day.

Wow! The staff at Sonesta ES Suites Alamo Plaza was amazing! Sweet, courteous, and always ready to help. Our room was spacious and clean, with a separate living room for our grandkids. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Not only is it within walking distance to Ripley's Haunted Adventure, but the flat-screen televisions with cable programming provided great entertainment for the kids. Additionally, the fitness center had all the workout equipment we needed, including treadmills and dumbbells.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from adding a larger outdoor playground for children.
