Rooms were impeccably clean with tasteful decor, creating a cozy atmosphere enhanced by real glassware in the room. The vibrant bar featured impressively large TVs, making it an enjoyable spot to unwind. Russell's dedication to guest experience was evident throughout our stay.

The decor could really use a refresh!!! Some room layouts with sinks outside bathrooms are inconvenient!!! Maintenance issues like malfunctioning Jacuzzis need prompt attention!!! Unfriendly interactions with staff detract from the experience!!!

Walked in and felt right at home with the friendly folks. The breakfast buffet was a real treat with plenty of choices, and I loved that I could sleep in a bit on Mother’s Day—breakfast till 11! Really nice touch there!

The King Room was spacious. the staff was super friendly and attentive. loved the extensive breakfast selection. the vibrant aquarium in the lobby added a unique touch. The off-street parking was convenient, making it easy to explore the area!

So, got to say, the brekkie spread was lekker! They had some gluten-free options too, which was a nice touch. The decor gave a nice vintage feel and the seating areas were perfect for a bit of kuier with the fam. Also, the staff seemed genuinely keen to help. Sweet vibes!

The lifts played hard to get—one was out of order. Not fun when you’re lugging your bakkie load of luggage around!

The location was fantastic (close to everything we wanted to do), with a great bar area to hang out!. The breakfast had lots of choices, served on real dishes with starched white napkins. We felt very welcomed.

The elevator needed a bit more finesse (it felt funky) and, on a busy morning, the breakfast area got a little cramped.
