I recently stayed at the Marriott Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco for a week-long vacation. The customer service was exceptional, from Amy the General Manager to Willie the Operations Manager and Samantha at the Front Desk. The housekeeping maids left thoughtful "thank-you" notes, a unique touch I've never experienced in the USA before. The beds were incredibly comfortable with clean white linens, pillows, and duvets. I also appreciated the Seattle's Best Coffee available every morning and the convenience of the electrical outlets in the numerous lamps.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

You'll love being within walking distance to the water front and enjoying the spacious, clean bathrooms. Plus, you can expect excellent service and delicious breakfast options. Finally, the hotel offers fantastic rooms with comfortable beds, and some guests report having an amazing view.

I recently stayed at Marriott Fisherman's Wharf for our first overnight trip to SF. The location was great, walking distance to the Wharf and surrounded by lots of restaurants. The hotel had all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped gym and cozy lounge. The staff, especially Mikaela, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us helpful recommendations for local eateries.

Best Location! the hotel is conveniently located near all the major tourist attractions and we were able to walk to most of them. the room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was extremely cozy. the staff was helpful and efficient, making sure that we had everything we needed during our stay.

Worst Customer Service! the staff at the front desk were unfriendly and unhelpful.
