We got great value for our money with spacious and comfortable rooms, plus a kitchenette. The location was excellent, with good restaurants nearby and a short walk to the bay for a beautiful sunset view. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The breakfast could have been improved with better food replenishment and a less crowded trash can.

Just had a great stay at this hotel for 4 nights. The pool and Jacuzzi were fantastic and the game room was a pleasant surprise. The location was superb, with a neighboring British Brewing Company for great beer and food. It was also a short walk to the bay/canal for beautiful sunsets. The staff was helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable, and we had all the amenities we needed.

Convenient location across from a supermarket and close to town. English-speaking staff were friendly and helpful. Good facilities and a nearby restaurant with a discount for guests. Switched to a lovely spacious and quiet room. Basic breakfast provided.

The location of the hotel was convenient, being right across from a grocery store and close to the town of Sandwich. the indoor pool was open and seemed clean. the restaurant next door offered a 10% discount and the food was good.

The room had some issues - the pillowcases were yellowed and old, which made them look gross. the air conditioner was so old and loud, it kept us up all night.

The bathroom was recently updated and looked great. the hotel is conveniently located near attractions and amenities. the indoor pool area was nice, with a large pool and hot tub, as well as pool table and ping pong. the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.

There were some cleanliness issues, such as candy wrappers under the sleeper sofa and stains on the lounge chair. Additionally, the front desk staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful during check-in and check-out.
