our stay was incredible. the renovated unit was stunning and had everything we needed. check in was a breeze and the location was perfect with easy access to transportation and grocery stores. sandy was a fantastic host and we can't wait to stay here again next time we visit nyc.

I had a great experience staying at Sandy's Place NYC 1. the location was perfect for us as it was just a 5-7 minute walk from the metro station. This was incredibly convenient, especially since we were traveling with kids. the apartment itself was newly renovated and everything from the furniture to the dishes was brand new. the landlord was also very responsive and quickly addressed any requests or issues we had. the neighborhood was lively and safe, with plenty of grocery stores and places to eat nearby. it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

No negatives from this place. 😊

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Brooklyn. The location was perfect for me, as I love staying in this neighborhood whenever I visit New York. The building itself was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and I especially loved the beautiful stone/brick interior. The manager even greeted me when I arrived and made sure I had everything I needed. I had a great experience and I will definitely book here again.
