what a disaster! the sliding bathroom door provided zero privacy, and i had to hear all the noise from above. also, is it too much to ask for a welcome treat or special gesture? absolutely ridiculous! almost gave a good review, but i just couldn’t. such a letdown for a resort that claims to be premier.

Our trip was a relaxing getaway, and we spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful outdoor areas. i recently stayed at this fantastic resort and loved how close it is to amazing attractions like tahquitz canyon, which is just about a 15-minute walk away, and the palm springs art museum, not too far either at almost 2 km, making it super easy to explore the city on foot and take in all the local sights.

The breakfast spread at Santiago Resort was a mini buffet of happiness—yogurt, pastries, and heavenly toaster waffles! Plus, the staff brought refreshing popsicles around the pool, a delightful treat under the sun. The ambiance just makes you want to lounge and soak it all in.

i'm so disapointed that the bathroom lock was wonky and water pressure, absolutely dreadful. four star resorts should definitely have some perks, like a welcome treat or complimentary service. i almost gave a good review, but i just couldn’t. the experience felt a little beneath me, really, far from the luxury i expected.

The room was fantastic! Air conditioning kept us cool, and the private bathroom had a walk-in shower. Loved the heated pool and relaxing hot tub. We enjoyed full body massages in the spa. The outdoor seating area was perfect for lounging. Breakfast was great, and we appreciated the free toiletries and flat-screen TV.

Those popsicles by the pool? Pure bliss, chommie! The brekkie options were lekker, and it was a jol just chilling by the sparkling water. The staff felt more like mates, making everything so comfortable and homely. I couldve stayed forever!

Just felt like the lunch options could get a bit repetitive if you're there for longer than a few days. But honestly, everything else is so awesome you hardly notice.
