The location is perfect for those attending concerts or looking for a weekend getaway with plenty of food options nearby. The staff was friendly and the housekeeping exemplary. Plus, the tea collection and steam bath in the shower room added a special touch to our stay. We're already excited to plan our next visit!

The room was very clean and comfortable, with a fridge and microwave. the managers were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even loaned us jackets when we forgot to bring any for the concert! the location was perfect, within short walking distance to downtown and close to Mountain Winery.

I was a bit disappointed that the motel didn't look like the pictures online, with the balconied cottages and courtyard. It was more of a typical motel setup, although nicely renovated.

The value for our money at Saratoga Oaks Lodge was great - comfortable rooms and a romantic bungalow feel. The location was perfect for exploring downtown and visiting the Hakone Estate and Gardens. The staff, especially Michael, went above and beyond to make our stay special.
