I had an exceptional experience at Holiday Inn Express - Albany Airport. The front desk staff, Dave and Seeranie, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. They were attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. Despite a challenging check-in situation, they made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. The room was clean, spacious, and modern, with bright lighting. The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to find and accessible to the Capital district. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

The beds were extremely comfortable with great pillows and surprisingly soft bedding. The towels were thicker than standard. The well-lit mirror over the sink was a nice touch. The room was quiet and had a convenient entry from a nearby door. The receptionists were pleasant and helpful. The microwave and refrigerator in the room were useful, and we appreciated the frozen meals available for sale in the lobby. Bagged breakfasts and receptionist-prepared coffee in the morning were a bonus. The hotel's location near a Whole Foods Market and other shops was convenient. the hotel provided good value for the money and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was a great choice for families.

The hotel is close to various amenities, including a Whole Foods and a popular restaurant, BJ's Restaurant and Brewery, making it easy to find everything you need in a small area.

There were some issues with the sound-proofing between rooms, which could be improved to ensure a more peaceful stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect. It was close to the mall and restaurants, which made it convenient for shopping and dining. Secondly, the rooms were clean and modernized, and I loved the fact that there were plenty of outlets for charging my electronics. The hotel had clearly been remodeled, and the brighter lighting was a nice touch. Lastly, the breakfast served was a great way to start the day. It had a good variety of options and was a nice bonus to have included.

Convenient location: The hotel is situated in a prime location, surrounded by a shopping mall and a variety of restaurants. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance. Updated and comfortable rooms: The rooms at this hotel are nicely updated and the bed was very comfortable. It made for a great night's sleep after a long day of Christmas activities.- Breakfast bar: The breakfast bar was a welcome bonus, with a variety of options to choose from. It was a great way to start the day before heading out for more holiday fun.

Shower issues: Unfortunately, we experienced a couple of issues with the shower. First, it took some time for the water to heat up in the evening.

The room was neat and tidy when we arrived, and the cleaning staff even left mints on the table, which was a nice touch. We also appreciated the cute little swan/duck facecloths in the bathroom. The hotel accommodated our request for adjoining rooms, and the location was convenient for our needs. The breakfast options were plentiful and the staff kept everything replenished. The shower was great and overall, we enjoyed a quiet and pleasant stay.
