We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Firstly, the cleanliness of the property was impeccable, which was a major plus for us. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was close to the airport and also conveniently located near the nearby mall. Lastly, the staff at the hotel were exceptional, providing us with excellent service from the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out.

During our recent stay, we had an exceptional experience at Sawgrass. We found the staff to be helpful and accommodating, especially when it came to providing directions. We were able to easily navigate our way to the nearby Sawgrass Mall, thanks to the excellent service provided. Whether it was dropping us off or picking us up, they made our shopping trip stress-free and convenient. The room itself was set up decently, with a Netflix ready TV and a bottle of water waiting for us. The presence of a fridge was also a bonus. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its exceptional service.

While the room was decent, we did find a few drawbacks during our stay. The bathroom could have been cleaner, as there were used soap bars on the shower frame and hair on the floors.

The location of this property was very convenient for my business trip. It was close to the Metropica, where my meetings were held, and the gated community felt safe and secure. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the property, as it was new and well-maintained.

We were able to walk to the arena in just 5 minutes, and the patio off our room was a lovely spot to relax before the game. The value for money was excellent, and the room was clean and cozy. The location was perfect, right across from the Sawgrass Mall. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay comfortable and easy.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by offering a wider variety of options.

I booked last minute for a funeral and decided to stay an extra day. The apartment was in a nice location, with a comfy bed. I loved being right across from Sawgrass mall and the nice neighborhood. Joe greeted us with a smile and great hospitality. I liked it all and will definitely be back soon!

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was conveniently close to our workplace and made our commute a breeze. The host, Ali, was incredibly welcoming and attentive to all of our needs throughout our stay. The property was clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels and toiletries provided. The check-in and check-out process was professional and efficient. we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Although we enjoyed our stay, we did notice that hand towels were not provided and we had to use smaller towels for washcloths.
