My visit was magical! The location was perfect — just a stroll away from parks and trendy cafes. Felipe, the butler, was phenomenal and went above and beyond to help me with everything, which made exploring during my solo trip much more enjoyable.

However, the room lacked air conditioning, and I heard noise from outside early in the morning, which disturbed my sleep a bit. The breakfast spread could use some improvement, as it seemed less fresh after a couple of days.

The staff was genuinely helpful, making the experience more enjoyable despite minor issues. The King Room was clean and comfortable, providing ample wardrobe space. However, the bathroom had persistent plumbing odors, which detracted from the overall comfort. One highlight was the breakfast, featuring delightful home-made desserts that added a sweet touch to the mornings. While the affordable rates are appealing, one might find better options for just a little more.

Centrally located near shops and parks, perfect for exploring. The only downside was an unexpected charge at check-in.

Amazing location and huge suite!

Loved how close everything was! Our room was super spacious and even had a washer and dryer, which was a nice surprise. The breakfast had decent variety, but honestly, I wouldn't get it again. One thing, the lights from the common area made it a bit bright at night. Still, the vibe was great!

Great location in Polanco, surrounded by excellent bars and restaurants, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel shows signs of age, with dated bathrooms and limited amenities for a comfortable stay.

i had a simply wonderful stay, enjoying the fantastic ambiance in a safe part of the city that was just a few steps from the beautiful parque lincoln and within almost 2 km of the national museum of anthropology, which made my weekend strolls a dream.

Absolutely loved the location! So many shops and restaurants nearby, and the accommodation was just lovely. Felipe was a total gem, always at hand for any little needs.

Had a bit of a surprise at check-in—who doesn't love those, right? Also, wish the air conditioning was a little less 'vintage' and more 'cool! '.
