I stayed at a property that had a great location and a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good wardrobe space, a safe, and an iron/ironing table. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the blinds in the room blocked out light effectively. The breakfast was delicious, and there was even a discount for showing tickets to the National Auditorium.

The location was excellent, with bars, restaurants, and a shopping street just around the corner. It was in the heart of a safe and posh neighborhood. The hotel was near excellent dining options, cafes, and shopping. Although there was no A/C, they provided a fan, which was sufficient since the temperatures at night were cool. Despite some staff being unfriendly, the housekeeping services were always willing to help. I would consider staying there again if the price is right.

The room looked dirty and unkempt, with only one plug in a far corner for charging devices. The noise was unbearable at all hours due to the courtyard setup.

The common areas are well-maintained, and the flower arrangements at the reception area add a nice touch. The location is ideal for exploring major attractions within walking distance.

The noise from the street can be a drawback for light sleepers.

The suite I stayed in was incredibly spacious and even had a washer and dryer, making it convenient for longer stays. The bed, linens, and towels were all of excellent quality, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff, especially our butler Felipe Munoz, were exceptional and made our experience even better. I can't wait to stay here again on my next visit.
