The friendly staff offered outstanding service, and the shuttle bus every 20 minutes ensured easy travel to the Haram. I loved the convenient 24-hour grocery store inside the hotel!

Room cleanliness was questionable. power sockets were dysfunctional and I struggled to reach the reception for assistance. The parking situation left much to be desired.

I faced several issues during my stay that left me quite disappointed. The rooms I was assigned were not very clean, and the carpets needed serious attention to eliminate unpleasant odors. Additionally, I found the breakfast offerings to be extensive but lacking in quality, with no options like a fresh omelette corner which I had expected. There were also moments when my calls went unanswered, heightening my frustration during my stay.

The underground parking was a great perk, and I appreciated the bus service to the Haram, making my trips much easier.

I had a great time at this hotel! The staff treated me like family, especially that guy Siddiq who helped us with our bags. Breakfast was super good too, with tons of options and everything tasted fresh.
