Best aspects of my stay were the location and the helpful staff. the hotel was conveniently located near the beach, making it easy for me to enjoy walks along the shoreline. the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Additionally, having a clean and comfortable room was a definite plus.

Worst aspects of my stay were the outdated rooms and lack of amenities. the rooms were in dire need of updating, as they felt old and worn out.

The view of the ocean from our room was quiet and very relaxing. The pool was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The motel is conveniently located near Rockport, Gloucester, and Rte. 128, as well as grocery shopping and Dunkin Donuts. We also enjoyed being close to the ocean and parks. The staff was polite and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The motel was inexpensive but still provided a quiet and clean environment. The continental breakfast offered nice options, and we were able to easily adjust the room temperature.

Felt like it was our own home, no complaints.

The location was perfect, offering a lovely view of the water from our private deck. Additionally, the bed was comfortable and the room was nicely appointed. I had a great experience and would highly recommend staying here.

One thing I didn't like was that the Queen Deluxe 1 Bed room didn't have a microwave, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, there were no discounts offered for AARP, AAA, or military members.
