celebrated our anniversary in hollywood, didn't stay at laguna blu beach this time but still had a fantastic experience! exceeded expectations with excellent service, clean rooms, and a great location near the beach. kudos to the friendly owners!

Wifi was unreliable.

The location was mind-blowing! Right across from the beach and surrounded by amazing restaurants, bars and activities. Having a kitchen in our room was super convenient and saved us money. The property managers were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Can't wait to come back!

Customer service, particularly from Maria, was excellent. She deserves a promotion to manager!

Despite the many positive aspects of my stay, there is one small downside. The parrots on the hotel's roof can be quite noisy.
