Stayed with my family and pet. We enjoyed leisurely strolls to nearby attractions like the Heavenly gondola, which made exploring easy. The cozy fireplace added a welcoming touch after our outdoor adventures, and it was lovely having direct access to several great winter activities.

let's be honest, this place is overrated. the plumbing noises kept me awake, while the staff insisted on charging me extra for a room with blinds! the cherry on top? no complimentary welcome gift for my stay, even though i could've sworn the receptionist was supposed to do something nice. i almost gave them a good review, but just couldn't.

the room smelled a bit musty when we got there, and the wifi was kinda wonky at night.

I loved soaking in the big jacuzzi tub after a long day on the slopes, and it was great to have a cozy fireplace in the room for some romantic vibes. The hot tub by the garden area was perfect for unwinding, and the ice machine is a nice little touch. The only hiccup was that the room was a bit smaller than I expected, but it didn’t ruin the fun at all! 😊
