The location was excellent, with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Housekeeping was thoughtful, leaving towels and toiletries on our door when we had the "do not disturb" sign up. The breakfast, though not extensive, was still good with a la carte options to choose from.

The staff made us feel very welcomed and were willing to help with anything.

I stayed at The Toren for a work conference and ended up extending my stay to explore Amsterdam. The hotel's location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle. The bar and restaurant area was a quiet and relaxing place to enjoy a drink or meal. The staff were amazing, going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. They provided directions and even printed out maps for me. The concierge was especially knowledgeable and helped me retrieve a lost item. The Toren made my Amsterdam experience truly special.

The location of this hotel was perfect for exploring the city. We were able to easily walk to all our favorite attractions. The room we stayed in had a beautiful Jacuzzi tub that lit up and changed colors, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff was helpful with directions and recommendations for dinner. A Fantastic Stay at The Pavilions

The location is ideal, right on the canals in a peaceful and beautiful area. The staff at the reception desk were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was fully equipped with everything we needed, including an electric kettle, flat-screen TV, and a comfortable sitting area. The patio and garden furniture were perfect for enjoying a drink in the evening after a long day of exploring.

Although we did not partake in the breakfast, we appreciated the option for in-room breakfast and the availability of special diet menus. The staff here were totally client devoted and ready to help and satisfy every request at all times.

We recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in the heart of Amsterdam, the Pavilions Amsterdam, the Toren. the rustic Victorian look of the hotel and the cozy feel of the rooms added to the overall charm. the rooms were impeccably clean, and we appreciated the warm welcome with complimentary water, jellybeans, coffee, and a fully stocked bar fridge. the hotel's convenient location along the beautiful canals made it easy for us to explore the city.

The hotel is ideally located near the city center and close to two DB train stations. It is situated on the most beautiful canal in a serene neighborhood. The room is clean and well-equipped with great amenities. The bathroom is spacious with luxurious bath towels and robes. The staff is friendly and accommodating, carrying everything to the room for you upon check-in. Breakfast is pleasant and served in an elegant bar. Mini bars are available in the room, and the TV has a variety of channels in different languages.

One aspect that could be improved is the lighting in the bathroom to better allow for makeup application.
