The Residence Inn was phenomenal! It's tucked in a quiet area, looks brand new, and everything is super clean. The room feels like a spacious studio apartment, complete with a full-size refrigerator with an icemaker, a dishwasher, a cooktop, and a kitchen sink. It's nicely decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hotel also has great amenities like a pool and basketball court. You can stay here for a long while and feel at home.

The evening guest reception hosted by friendly staff members like Belinda and Tammy created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious and clean rooms, along with the pet-friendly policy, were a major plus. The manager, Darius, and the entire team deserve appreciation for creating such a special and well-operated hotel. I highly recommend Residence Inn for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The pool and basketball areas were a great source of entertainment for my family. We also enjoyed the breakfast options offered by the hotel. the location was conveniently close to restaurants and the interstate, making it easy for us to explore the area.

Our check-in experience was extremely frustrating, with a two-hour wait and no compensation for the inconvenience. the night desk clerk was also rude to my son when he asked for a towel.

The convenient shuttle services and grocery service were extremely helpful, and we felt genuinely cared for by the hotel staff. The clean and comfortable rooms were a highlight, making our trip even more enjoyable. The coffee was great, and the juice was refreshingly cold. we were impressed with the level of care and service provided by the staff at Residence Inn.

The breakfast offered at the hotel was great and it was a nice bonus to have a friendly staff member, Mrs Cheryl, to chat with in the mornings. Additionally, the housekeeper, Kanesha, was super friendly and attentive to our needs during our stay.
