We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and gave helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. The room was already clean and cool when we arrived, making us feel instantly comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect for visiting the various parks in the area, such as Elephant Rock, Taum Sauk, and Johnson's Shut-ins. Plus, it was just a short distance from Jeff's Canoe Rental on Black River, where we enjoyed a fun adventure. Baylee's Restaurant, located in the hotel's parking lot, was a delightful surprise.

The room was sparkling clean and fresh, with fluffy towels and divine beds. the front desk staff were beyond helpful and welcoming. the location was perfect for our romantic escape, with beautiful scenery and nearby attractions.

The room rate was higher than expected, and there were no extra amenities like a pool. the bathroom floor was not as clean as we would have liked, as we discovered when we made a mess after using the jacuzzi.

We had a wonderful stay at a hidden gem in the beautiful Arcadia Valley. The location was perfect for exploring the local state parks and the Shepherd Mountain Hiking Trail right across the street was a pleasant surprise. The staff at the Arcadia RV park were friendly and the nearby grocery store and Baylee Jo's BBQ restaurant were convenient. The room at Shepherd Mountain Inn & Suites was comfortable and well-equipped, with a quiet and efficient A/C and a kitchenette that exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed made us feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in the area.

This hotel is a great value for money. The rooms have been updated with nice linens and come with useful amenities like a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. It's in an excellent location close to many attractions. Plus, the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, and the beds and linen were very comfortable. We also appreciated the large refrigerator and the good selection of pans and dishes. The air conditioning unit was not too loud, which allowed us to have a peaceful sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, with a restaurant nearby offering delicious BBQ-style meals. Additionally, there was a grocery store conveniently located across the street. We also loved the fact that there was a park with a playground nearby, making it a great choice for families.

The room had one of the quietest and most effective A/C units I've encountered, keeping the room refreshingly cool even during hot summer days. The kitchenette was above average, with beautiful cabinets, Kitchenaid burners, and plenty of utensils and dishware. Additionally, the nearby BBQ restaurant, Baylee Jo's, was a highlight that shouldn't be missed.

The parking lot surface could use some improvement.

Xmas at this hotel was amazing! the complementary breakfast and Christmas cookies were a great touch. the location was perfect, in the heart of the town and close to all the stores. the best aspect was the clean and well-maintained bathrooms, plus the comfortable beds which made sleeping easy.

The view from the room, which overlooked a busy road that could be noisy at times. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to all the positives.
