We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton! the hotel was clean and cozy, creating a calm atmosphere. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were luxuriously soft. the gym and front lobby were well-maintained, thanks to Mary, who provided exceptional service. She left a lasting impression, and we will definitely be rebooking to see her again. the staff, including Helena and the girls who greeted us, were kind, helpful, and understanding. We also appreciated the reasonable prices, even during a popular weekend. it was a pleasant and memorable experience.

the beds were amazingly comfortable! the room was clean and welcoming. staff was very helpful and nice. exceeded my expectations, especially after my previous stay in ann arbor. sheraton really impressed me this time.

The charging facilities for electric cars were excellent. We had no problem finding an available stall for our Tesla. The convenience of the charging stations being located right in front of the lobby was a major plus. It was also great that the charging was free. The hotel itself was bright and clean, and the staff were very friendly. we had a really great experience.

During our romantic escape, we loved the clean and comfortable white bedding provided by the hotel. It made our stay even more relaxing. Additionally, the shower had great water pressure, which was a pleasant surprise. the hotel's convenient location near key attractions and restaurants was another advantage that we enjoyed.

One downside of our experience was that the hotel restaurant seemed a bit pricey. We also encountered a lack of customer service when checking out, as the staff member did not thank us for our stay or seem to care.

the pool was not crowded and very nice. On the Club Floor, we enjoyed the extras and found the staff to be extremely helpful. the beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. the location of the hotel was convenient and the facility itself was updated and modern. the room was clean and the staff was courteous. One thing that stood out was the reception staff, who were unusually nice and helpful. the lobby, bar, and restaurant area were cozy and inviting, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine.

My family and I stayed at Sheraton for a wedding and it was perfect! The staff was helpful and kind, our room was comfortable, and the gym and pool were great. The lobby was inviting and the breakfast was delicious. The parking space was ample and check-in/check-out was easy. The 24-hour shop was convenient and the free wifi was a bonus. Mary, who cleaned the gym and front lobby, was amazing. a fantastic stay!

Brian and Donielle provided excellent service, taking care of any needs that arose during our stay. the atmosphere was cozy, clean, and calm. the hotel was very accommodating to our late check-in. the lobby was well laid out and the staff was warm and inviting. We enjoyed the comfortable beds, and the gym and pool were great amenities. the breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of restaurants in the area.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The lobby was well laid out and the staff were warm and inviting. The check-in process was easy, and the front desk was responsive to my requests for extra towels and a cart. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a great gym and pool for guests to enjoy. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect for me as it was close to surrounding activities and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff overall were first class.
