My family and I loved the location and how beautiful the hotel was. We enjoyed the pool and exploring the Miss America pageant items. Despite some cleanliness issues, spacious rooms and friendly staff made our stay pleasant. The nearby landmarks like Atlantic City Boardwalk and Atlantic City Convention Center added to our family bonding experience, with plenty of relaxation opportunities available.

I chose this hotel for attending a leadership summit because it provides a vibrant, pet friendly destination nestled in the heart of downtown Atlantic City. The 24-hour Sheraton Fitness Club and over 21,000 square feet of adaptable venue space for large-scale meetings were impressive. The facilities, including the restaurant, bar, and business center, met my business needs effectively.

The one service that I missed for my work was the absence of a dedicated coworking space within the hotel premises.

The views from my room at Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel were absolutely breathtaking, with the fabulous Atlantic City skyline spreading out before me. The bathroom was a standout feature, with luxurious amenities and a spacious, well-maintained design. One particularly memorable experience was the exceptional service from the staff at the Boulevards Cafe, where the impeccable cuisine was complemented by warm and attentive hospitality.

I experienced some issues with the cable reception during my stay, which was out for two nights, causing a slight inconvenience.

Dive into the local flavor within arm's reach, serving up a feast of organic goodness. Not to mention, the ever-friendly staff and pleasant views made every minute feel like a breeze.

A bit of a late-night surprise with thin walls, but hey, even that couldn't dim the Sheraton's shine.

I had a great experience at the Sheraton in Atlantic City! The value for my money was fantastic and the room was clean and modern with nice personal touches like robes and a makeup mirror. The location was perfect, close to shopping, casinos, and the beach. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always there to answer my questions and the manager went above and beyond to fix an issue with my account.

The only thing that could have been better was the food for breakfast. The options were limited due to COVID19, but the coffee was not good and the Activia yogurt was not to my liking.

For the price we paid, we got great value with a clean and nice room. The location, although a bit of a walk to the beach and boardwalk, was manageable. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making our stay even better.

The basic amenities in the rooms are top-notch, with clean and quiet accommodations that are pet-friendly. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that you have plenty of towels and toiletries for your stay. I also loved the walk-in shower with an extended hose shower head, providing a refreshing and enjoyable bathing experience. What's even better is that breakfast is included at an affordable rate, allowing you to start your day off right without breaking the bank.

During my recent stay at the Sheraton, I had a great experience. The hotel was clean and the location was convenient, close to shopping, casinos, and the boardwalk. Despite the inconvenience of changing rooms three times, the room I finally stayed in was a decent size and had modern amenities. It was very clean and included nice personal touches like robes, a makeup mirror, mouthwash, a shower cap, and drinking glasses. The beds were comfortable, and I enjoyed the nice view. Additionally, the room provided a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker, which were extremely accommodating. The supervisor who offered a complimentary night stay for the inconvenience showed fairness and professionalism. Free parking was also a bonus.

During my stay at Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel for a business trip, I was impressed with the excellent services offered by the hotel. The 24-hour access to the indoor pool and fitness center was a great convenience, allowing me to relax or stay active at any time. This added value to my stay and made it more enjoyable.

The coffee maker in my room was not thoroughly cleaned, and the old Starbucks pouch was left inside, emitting a bad odor.

Efficient and accommodating staff, easily allowed early check-in. Convenient location for boardwalk and casinos, with shuttle service available. Rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a pleasant stay. Free breakfast buffet offered as compensation for a small issue. a satisfactory experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton! The room was comfortable and the cleaning staff was very welcoming. The hotel desk clerk who checked us in was incredibly friendly and made us feel at ease. It would be helpful to have a couple of bottles of water in the room, especially for those who need to take medication. everything else about our stay was awesome. Thank you!

The room was spacious and had a microwave. We enjoyed the nice view of the outlets, Ballys, Ceasars, and even a little piece of the ocean. The hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance of the outlets and casino hotels. The gym and indoor pool facilities were also a plus.

Felt more than at home, no complaints whatsoever.

I loved that this hotel was located right across from the train station, making it super easy to get around. It's also conveniently located in the heart of the Tanger Outlets, which is great for those who love shopping. The service and staff were amazing too! The rooms come with basic amenities and some have a sink in the mattress, which is a really nice touch. Also, some rooms have a walk-in shower with an extended hose showerhead, which is great.

My stay was great and there was nothing that really stood out to me as needing improvement.
