We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was quiet and we had a great night sleep. The hotel facilities were great, and we loved the option of going green and choosing whether or not to have our room straightened each day. The front desk staff was super pleasant and helpful, and they even offered us a free breakfast buffet. The location was convenient, with several good restaurants nearby and easy access to downtown.

The location was perfect for our needs, close enough to downtown Chapel Hill but still far away from the busy student area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

The food at the conference was hot, flavorful, and fresh. The hotel had a terrific selection of food. The rooms were nicely decorated and upscale. The staff was welcoming and the location was perfect. The hotel was dog friendly and had lots of walking paths and trees. The front desk service was great and the beds were very comfortable.

We truly got great value for our money at the Sheraton in Chapel Hill. The room was comfortable and clean, with modern furniture and a lovely decor. The location was convenient and the staff treated us exceptionally well, from the friendly front desk to the understanding check-out clerk.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement in terms of variety and options available.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! It was located in a beautiful wooded area, which added to the overall peaceful ambiance. The prices were very reasonable, offering great value for money. The attention to detail was evident throughout my stay - from the well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds and balconies, to the inclusion of a fridge for added convenience. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. Furthermore, breakfast was included and provided a great start to the day.

Friendly staff and excellent service. Upon realizing I forgot my phone charger, Steven at the front desk went above and beyond to find a charger for me to use during my stay. The restaurant, Shula's 347 Grill, served delicious food, especially the Pecan Crusted Salmon. Free wireless internet and a convenient shuttle to Duke Hospital were added bonuses. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at this hotel was amazing, providing exceptional service throughout my stay. They were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely concerned about my well-being. The rooms were attractive and very comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and great showers. The location of the hotel was also convenient for my needs, with easy access to UNC Hospital and Duke University. Additionally, the southern hospitality that they displayed was truly special and added to the overall experience.

The hotel is in need of some updates. The rooms had a musty smell and could benefit from new carpets.

Loved the friendly staff, clean hotel, modern lobby, nice rooms, amazing club floor with hot breakfast and evening appetizers, complimentary newspapers.

This hotel is perfectly located for exploring the Chapel Hill area, as it is only a short drive away from all the attractions. The convenient location makes it easy to access the nearby I40 interchange, allowing for hassle-free travel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with the super comfy beds that Sheratons are known for. The staff provides excellent service, with the friendly front desk and prompt shuttle service. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of options and the workout room is a great facility for staying active.

The walls seem to be quite thin, making it possible to hear conversations from neighboring rooms, which can be a bit bothersome for light sleepers.

Everything was great and Mrs. English at the front desk was especially wonderful. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The amenities were great and the hotel itself was stunning. The bartenders were fantastic and the dinner at the bar was delicious. The location was perfect for our needs, being close to the Dean Smith Center and Franklin St. We will definitely be returning soon.
