Spacious & comfortable rooms, helpful receptionists, nice pool & gym, tasty breakfast, modern furnishings.

Nothing for me.

The hotel had a great location, conveniently close to a shopping mall and other stores. It was also near walking trails, which was a nice bonus. the staff was friendly and informative, providing great customer service. the rooms were clean and spacious, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind after a long day.

There were a few downsides to my stay. there seemed to be a shortage of staff, which was noticeable in the breakfast area where tables were not always cleaned off promptly.

The room was extremely spacious and well, decorated, with a kitchen that had all the essentials like plates, cups, and utensils. It even had pots and pans, a coffeemaker, and a toaster. the full, size refrigerator was a great plus. the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The check, in process was a bit frustrating. I arrived at 2pm but couldn't check in until 3pm, which is understandable.

The room interior was spacious and clean, and the staff were very accommodating. The front desk clerk, Theresa, was extremely customer-oriented, and the morning staff, like Rolando, were also very friendly. We loved the delicious cupcakes and cakes they were selling.

Can recommend this hotel.

Fully stocked kitchen and amenities, small balcony, luxurious fireplace and whirlpool. Courteous housekeeping, customer-oriented front desk staff, tasty cupcakes and cakes available.

We booked the hotel for a romantic getaway to celebrate my boyfriend's Christmas present, tickets to the Kiss concert. The front desk staff was friendly and informative, and the hotel's location allowed us to easily walk to the mall and nearby stores. The room itself was huge and comfortable, and the breakfast provided was delicious.

The suite was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a city break. the gym was empty, giving me the opportunity to enjoy a workout without any disturbances. I also loved the small patio next to the pool, where I could barbecue and dine outdoors under the charming string lights.

The room was in dire need of renovation, with worn-out furniture and a recliner that looked like a cat's scratching post. We were placed in a room right next to the elevator bay, resulting in constant noise from the high traffic.

The room was spacious and clean, which made my stay comfortable. I also appreciated the friendly staff and the decent free breakfast. the location of the hotel was great, being conveniently close to the mall and other stores. This made it easy for me to shop and get everything I needed during my business trip.

I was a bit disappointed with a few aspects of my stay. the sliding glass door was open when I entered the room, which was concerning.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, being close to the Crabtree Valley Mall with its great dining options. It was also convenient for our visits to Cary to meet our family and for work. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were impeccable. The staff was helpful, courteous, and professional. The complimentary breakfast was solid and had a good variety of options.

As foreign tourists, we loved the spacious suite with two bedrooms and the fully equipped kitchen. The suite was clean and even had complimentary popcorn. The breakfast provided was enjoyed by the whole family. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, and the staff we encountered were accommodating. The gym was great with no crowd, and the pool area was well maintained and had a lovely BBQ patio.

Our stay at Residence Inn was comfortable and convenient. The spacious room and cozy bed made our stay enjoyable. The location near the Crabtree Valley Mall was a plus, providing us with plenty of dining options. Despite a few minor issues with the room, such as a slightly hard bed and a close-fitting bathroom door, we still had a great experience. The full-size fridge and kitchen amenities were appreciated. we loved our stay and would recommend Residence Inn.
