We loved the convenient location and ample parking, perfect for our RV. The water pressure in our first room was amazing, and the staff was friendly and accommodating when we found glass on the floor. Breakfast was also available, which was a great start to our day.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the Sheraton in Dallas. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room had a nice view. I recently stayed at the Sheraton By The Galleria for a solo trip and it was amazing! The location was perfect and the shuttle service was a great convenience. The staff, particularly John, were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations in the area. I loved the spacious room and the ability to control the temperature. The comforter was amazing and having access to Netflix and Hulu was a nice touch. The food at the hotel was fantastic, especially the shrimp tacos and the chicken on a brick. The bar downstairs had a great atmosphere, and the bartender, Al, made the best Skinny Margarita. The view from the room was breathtaking, and having Starbucks coffee available was a plus. The bathroom amenities and abundance of soft towels added to the overall comfort of my stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, tidy, and well-organized. The bed and duvet were super comfortable, and I loved having a big screen TV in the room. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to The Galleria Mall and the city center. The staff, particularly the short Caucasian shuttle driver, the male Hispanic manager, and the black gentleman at the restaurant, were amazing and made my stay excellent.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We had a small issue with the room keys not working, but the front desk staff resolved it quickly. The hotel was convenient to local attractions. we had a pleasant stay at Sheraton. I would recommend it.

The hotel room was very clean, one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. It was also very quiet, I didn't hear any noise from the hallways or other rooms. The beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

The parking was a bit of a hassle, as the hotel charges $12 per night for parking and I was not informed about it until I was ready to leave. The rooms felt outdated and small, especially the bathrooms which were cramped and uncomfortable. The pictures online were misleading and made the rooms and bathrooms look larger than they actually are.

The hotel offered complementary coffee and juice during the morning which was a nice touch. Additionally, the location was convenient with easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants. The hotel room itself was well-decorated and modern which I appreciated.
