Chose this hotel for a work training and it provided a comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast to go bag was convenient, and the indoor pool and jacuzzi were a nice surprise. The location within walking distance to the town was a plus.

The one service I missed for work was the lack of a business center with printing facilities.

At my first stay, the staff gave great travel tips. It has everything I need including Free Wi-Fi, indoor pool, jacuzzi, and a snack bar. Perfect for me. Coming back for Christmas.

We stayed at Comfort Inn for our 50th wedding anniversary road trip to Nevada and Arizona. The hotel was clean, recently painted, and staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and in a great location for day trips to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. The breakfast was a good bonus and the pool water was warm. It only took us 60 minutes to drive to the Grand Canyon from the hotel.

The Christmas stay at this hotel was amazing. the breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of hot and cold options to choose from. Secondly, the location was perfect, just a short distance from the Grand Canyon Railway and downtown area with plenty of stores and eateries. And the icing on the cake was the spacious, clean, and quiet room that provided a comfortable stay.

There were a couple of downsides. the check-in process was a bit slow, with a wait of about 20 minutes in line.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They provided excellent service and made us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the pool and spa after a long day at the Grand Canyon. The location was convenient, with easy access to downtown and a direct route to the Grand Canyon village.

We had a blast exploring the town of Williams and hopping aboard the Grand Canyon Railway for a super cool train ride to the Grand Canyon National Park. Plus, bear spotting at Bearizona Wildlife Park was wild!

We were hoping for a bigger party scene or a cool hangout spot within the hotel for young folks.

The value for money was great, with clean and comfortable rooms that had useful amenities like a microwave and fridge. The location was convenient and safe, and the staff were amazing, especially the friendly woman at the front desk who went above and beyond to help us. Also, they had a thoughtful dog area outside.

The rooms were clean and had been recently upgraded. the bed was comfortable, and there were amenities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Also, the hotel had a quiet and safe location, just a short walk from the historic area.

The shower pressure was horrible, and the shower head was not up to par. the pool towels were way too small and not sufficient for drying off.

I especially enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and leisure spa & wellness centre. This place had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway.

the inn was basic but served its purpose for an overnight stay. handy location, close to supermarket and town. cooked breakfast provided and ample for us travellers. loved not having to go outside for breakfast. quiet part of town. granite in the room and bathroom was impressive. indoor pool was perfect for this climate. friendly and accommodating staff. spacious and comfortable rooms with kitchenette.

I had a fantastic stay here. The location was perfect, situated in the beautiful town of Williams right on the old Route 66. I loved being in between the Grand Canyon and Sedona. The room was impeccably clean, and the staff were beyond awesome. It was so convenient to have shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel facilities were great, including a spacious room with two comfortable queen beds. Additionally, the breakfast was surprisingly fresh with a wide variety of options, including eggs, sausage, yogurts, and cereals.

Had a great time exploring Historic Route 66 and nearby attractions. Room had a fantastic size refrigerator and a microwave which was promptly replaced with a clean one when the first one smelled of burnt popcorn. Overall I recommend this hotel.
