We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The folks here have clearly put in a lot of effort into remodeling the building and providing top-notch amenities. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and nice deco. The staff was very friendly and always had great suggestions for entertainment and dining options in the area. We also enjoyed the unique touches, like the cute kimono-cut cotton robes and the fully stocked fridge with beverages. The location of this hotel was perfect for us, as it was just a short walk from the main loop of the riverwalk. We also appreciated being right next to the performing arts center.

Beautifully designed hotel with a 50s-60s Havana theme. Great value for money compared to other nearby hotels. Perfect location, walking distance from the Pearl Brewery complex. Quiet and comfortable rooms with lovely outdoor seating areas. Restaurant servers well-informed about the delicious food.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had special little touches. Nice soaps, cute robes, fluffy pillows. The option to select variety of beverages and snacks in the room was a plus. The hotel has a very relaxing and romantic bar. The bartender was very helpful and crafted a special drink for me.

We had a great stay at this hotel near all the city's River Walk attractions! Its location was perfect, surrounded by wonderful restaurants and shops. The hotel was comfortable and stylishly decorated with an exceptionally helpful staff. The room had a fully stocked Smeg fridge and delicious breakfast. The bathroom was very clean and had all the amenities you might need. Finally, the view was amazing, looking over the San Antonio River.

Although the lobby wasn't as welcoming as we would have liked, the rest of the staff more than made up for it with their excellent service.

The breakfast was delicious and I loved the Cuban touch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always making sure I had everything I needed. The room was comfortable and spacious, providing me with a cozy home away from home. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for a true Havana experience in the USA.

Can’t fault anything about it.

We recently had a romantic escape and overall we were quite pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly and provided good service throughout our visit. The hotel is located in a great area, close to the river walk but away from the crowded tourist spots. The ambiance of the hotel was charming and we enjoyed the beautiful decoration in both the shared facilities and our room. The fully stocked antique refrigerator in the room was a nice touch. Additionally, the restaurant at the hotel served delicious food and the staff there were helpful and attentive.

There were a few things that could have been better. Firstly, our room had a noisy back door that slammed loudly whenever someone entered or exited. It would be great if the hotel could fix this issue. Secondly, the size of the bed in our room was a bit smaller than we expected, not quite a queen but not a full either. Lastly, there were some cleanliness issues in the bathroom with a piece of trash on the floor and a stray hair, which made us question the overall cleanliness of the room. Despite these drawbacks, we had a pleasant stay overall.

The breakfast provided was delicious, and I especially enjoyed the quality of the coffee. it was a fantastic experience.

We had a fabulous stay at this charming hotel! The location was perfect, steps from the riverwalk and close to great restaurants. The staff was friendly, and we loved the funky decor of the rooms. The complementary goodies in the room fridge were a nice touch, and we enjoyed the wacky bathrobes. The in-house restaurant was amazing, we highly recommend the shrimp dish!

The wifi was spotty in some areas, and unfortunately, our room was one of those. Noise from other guests traveling up the hardwood floors did contribute to some disruptive nights.
