i had a fantastic stay at sheraton! my room on the ninth floor had a stunning view of the harbor. the staff were super friendly, making me feel right at home. plus, it was close enough to walk to nearby attractions, which was perfect for my trip.

However, navigating the check-in process was somewhat frustrating, as it took longer than expected to set up payment for multiple rooms. Despite the minor hiccup, the comfortable pillows and a convenient location near attractions were definite highlights.

The elevator wait times were frustrating, and the outdated facilities left much to be desired!!! Management needs to improve communication regarding amenities and resolve the recurring issues with key cards promptly!!!
