Boet at reception was laid back, and the location made it easy for our Mardi Gras escapades. Had a lekker spot to park for free, which was a bonus!

Shower was a bit grotty, and it took hours for towels to arrive after we asked. Not great on that front, ja.

The room had significant cleanliness issues, including dirty sheets and a roach sighting. Additionally, the front desk staff showed a lack of responsiveness, which troubled my overall experience.

The room was pretty cozy for our group of 20, and we all stayed on the same floor! The location was super convenient for us since we were just a short drive from Xavier College. Just wish the pool was open—really bummed the kids couldn’t swim. The breakfast options were okay, but could use more variety.

The convenience of this location made it easy to explore local attractions, and the clean lobby and halls added to the overall ambiance. Unfortunately, the room left much to be desired. the fridge was inadequate, the window offered no view, and there was no microwave. Additionally, gym towels were often unavailable, which detracted from the experience. Parking access via the third floor was inconvenient for a hotel aiming to serve tourists.

Just a nice choice for a flash stay in Metairie with outstanding value for money. The staff was extremely helpful when we arrived early and let us check in without any hassle. Make sure to take advantage of the free parking garage if you're renting a car.
