The Sheraton New Orleans provided a comfortable stay with exceptionally clean and spacious rooms. The King bed was comfortable, and the pillows were adequate. The bathroom was well-maintained, and the closet provided ample space for storage.

The slow and unreliable elevators. Often only one or two out of the five were working, leading to long wait times.

Convenient location, close to popular attractions and dining options. Excellent gym facilities with new and well-maintained equipment. Spacious, comfortable rooms with great city views. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious room service food. a memorable stay.

the value for money was great. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The hotel staff were exceptional and responded quickly to any issues or needs we had. The location was ideal, within walking distance to the river and convenient for tour pick-ups.

Best aspects of our Christmas stay were the beautiful and clean hotel with friendly staff. We loved the fantastic breakfast buffet and were especially pleased with the exceptional service from Daniel Lawrence. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to the French Quarter. It made exploring the city very convenient.

Worst aspects of our Christmas stay were the frustrating elevator situation. Only one or two elevators seemed to be working, causing us to have to wait an average of 15 minutes.

We loved the friendly and knowledgeable staff, as well as the great front lobby atmosphere. The location in NOLA was perfect and within walking distance to the French Quarter. The room was spacious and luxurious, with a comfortable bed and pillows. We also enjoyed the phenomenal view of the city and the Mississippi River. The bar staff was friendly and we loved having a Starbucks in the lobby.

Felt like relaxing at home, no complaints.

During our recent stay at the Sheraton, we encountered some challenges, but the staff went above and beyond to assist us. They were responsive and accommodating, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, the helpfulness of the staff truly stood out. Our room was in bad shape. the shower had poor water pressure and the bathroom was dirty.

Great stay with excellent room and location. We had a wonderful weekend with two complementary breakfasts provided. the hotel was situated perfectly, near everything we wanted to see and do. the gym was fantastic, much better than expected!

Noisy late night revellers and sirens were disruptive, but thankfully, they didn't last long. Housekeeping was a bit slow: when we returned to our room in the late afternoon, our room still had not been cleaned.
