Sheraton in Houston offered a high-standard experience with an airport shuttle, big comfy bed, and complimentary breakfast. the staff was extremely welcoming, granting an early room at 9 am, an upgrade to the 10th floor, and a $10 dinner voucher. the pool was enjoyable, and the convenient location made our stay even better.

Anotther positive to mention is we were able to leave our car on the property while away. the room was not as clean as expected, with stained mattresses, mold on a bed skirt, and overlooked trash and maintenance.

The bed in our room had visible stains, and the toilet leaked onto the floor. Even after reporting these issues, no one came to fix them. the room felt outdated.
