We had an amazing time at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location of this venue was superb, just off the Wisconsin Dells Parkway and minutes away from all the main attractions. It was so convenient for us when getting our group together. The hotel was in a quiet place, which made our stay very relaxing. Plus, it was easily accessible to all the amazing attractions in the area. We also loved the service provided by the hotel staff. They were absolutely amazing and provided 5-star customer service. They were always friendly and helpful, making sure that all our needs were met. The amenities in the room were top-notch, from the heating and air conditioning to the spacious sitting area and dining table. We especially enjoyed the patio with the garden furniture, where we could unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The hotel also provided a range of convenient services, such as laundry facilities and shuttle service, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The condo had great potential and a fantastic lake view. The balcony and friendly staff were a plus. The villa was beautifully decorated and had three bedrooms with comfortable beds. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a thoughtful gift basket. The master bedroom faced the lake, adding to the pleasant waking up experience. The condo was clean and had its own WiFi, which was faster than the main one. The TVs, towels, and underground garage were all in good condition. The fire pit and s'mores forks were a nice touch. The pool area and waterpark were both well maintained.

The service was lacking, especially the Wi-Fi which was nonexistent. There were cleanliness issues, such as dead flies in the kitchen utensils drawer.

The hotel is located conveniently close to all the downtown attractions and minutes away from the main water park. The surroundings outside of the hotel are beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The view from the balcony is stunning.

This place was amazing! I loved the location because it was just off the main road with all the attractions, yet it was in a quiet spot. The service was fantastic, and the room amenities were top-notch. It had everything I needed, like the heating, air conditioning, and a sitting area with a dining table. Plus, there was a lovely outside patio with garden furniture. I was impressed with the free toiletries, washing machine, dryer, and cookware/ kitchen utensils. The staff was friendly, and the leisure facilities were perfect. I enjoyed swimming in the outdoor and indoor swimming pool, and the jacuzzi was just heavenly! I even had a full body massage to relax.

Spacious villa with lake view, well-equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable bedrooms, and TV in each room. Underground garage and fire pit are added bonuses. Pool area is well-maintained. Friendly staff at check-in.
