I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel and it was a wonderful experience. the staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. From the front desk staff to the breakfast team, everyone went out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. Helen, in particular, made me feel like part of the family with her warm and attentive service in the executive lounge.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was enjoyable and there is really nothing negative to mention.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in the DC area and it was truly a great experience. The first thing I noticed was the incredible value for money. I couldn't believe the amazing rate I scored, especially considering the quality of the room. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with modern and clean furnishings that made my stay very comfortable. And let me tell you about the view! I had a room facing the Air Force structure and the view was simply breathtaking. It was like having my own private glimpse of DC.

As for any negative aspects, there was nothing major that stood out to me. All was ok during my stay.

The view from my room was amazing. I could watch the fireworks from my window. The front desk was very accommodating and sent a fridge to my room upon request. The shuttle to the metro was a great convenience. I was very pleased with my stay.

What a find! This hotel offers great value for money, with competitive prices and attention to detail that exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our room met our needs. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent views of Washington DC, which even managed to captivate our technology-obsessed teenagers. The rooftop pool with the same stunning view was the cherry on top. And did I mention the breakfast at the Concierge Lounge? It was included and absolutely delicious!

If you're looking for a hotel with amazing staff, affordable prices, and perfect location for exploring Washington DC, this hotel is great. The rooms are comfortable with great amenities, and the breakfast at the Concierge Lounge is top-notch. I also loved the attention to detail and the amazing views of the city from some rooms.

This hotel was very good, but like any hotel, there are some things that could be improved.

I recently stayed at Sheraton Pentagon City for a weekend getaway. The hotel was clean and beautiful, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The morning staff were very helpful in organizing an Uber for us, and the restaurant served delicious food. I was also delighted to find a refrigerator in the room without even having to ask. The staff, especially in the restaurant, were super friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool and sun deck were a great place to relax, and I really appreciated the free shuttle service from the metro.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to the Metro at Pentagon City, making it very convenient to get to DC city center. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a beautiful lobby, a nice gift shop, and first-rate business facilities. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, even offering us a complimentary guest pass to their club room on the 14th floor. The food at the club room was amazing, especially the shrimp cocktail, beet salad, and corn chowder. The cleanliness of the hotel was also commendable, with no issues of mold or dirt on the walls. Additionally, the airport shuttle was reliable and always on time, both for arrival and departure.

No. The experience of finding our room was quite confusing and unpleasant. We were directed to a separate building called "the east building" and had to walk across the entrance drive and down multiple flights of stairs to access our room.

The towels were fluffy and the room was generally tidy. the hotel was close to a major airport and offered a free shuttle service. Coffee was provided in the lobby which was a nice touch.

The hotel was dated and in need of a refresh. the staff seemed unenthusiastic and did not go out of their way to be helpful.

The hotel's location was perfect for us as trekkers and a group of friends, with easy access to downtown DC and other attractions. The rooms were clean and met all our needs. The amenities were good, and checking in and out was hassle-free.

Felt at home instantly, no reason to complain.
