The room was heaps spacious and comfy, but the pool was closed, which was a bummer. The staff, especially Samia at the front desk, were real great!

The elevators were a mess, with only two out of six working!!! Additionally, the signage for the hotel entrance was poorly lit and hard to find. Maintenance should definitely get on top of these issues!!!

My experience at Sheraton Pentagon City was quite frustrating. On my first night, I faced issues with noisy neighbors, and the walls were so thin that I could hear everything. Additionally, I discovered that the pool was temporarily closed, which was one of the key features I was looking forward to. Lastly, the bathroom had a peculiar dip in the tub that made me question its safety.

One working elevator slowed everything down.

Had a fantastic time with friends. We loved exploring the local golf courses and visiting the nearby National Cemetery. The staff were super helpful, and we enjoyed the complimentary shuttle bus for easy access to shopping. The room was spacious and clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I'd recommend trying the Potomac Restaurant for a tasty meal.

I enjoyed my stay as the hotel was conveniently located near the Grand Hyatt, making it easy to book tours for DC. There were several great restaurants nearby, and I could grab decent coffee just a few steps away. Additionally, I appreciated the spacious room that included a fridge and microwave, which added to the comfort of my stay.

However, the noise from neighboring rooms was bothersome at times.

Had a canny stay, real comfy beds and the staff were proper friendly, specially the lass checking us in. But the food at the bar? Nah, it wasn't great, tasted a bit off, like. Overall, enjoyed me time here!

the hotel was an absolute disappointment. our room had no cold water for bathing, and I was shocked to find a dirty room waiting for us. you’d think a place like this would offer special treatment for guests like me, but no, I guess they don't prioritize comfort. I can’t even begin to share my total indignation.

Chur, the staff are choice and the room was heaps comfy. But, without a hot tub and the pool not working, that was a letdown, eh?

This place has a nice pool on the top floor,, and I totally enjoyed a dip after a long day. I even managed to snag a great view of the Memorial from my room, which made every morning feel special.

It wasn’t inexpensive though,, but fair enough for what you get.

Just a balanced option for shopping in Arlington with definitely value for money. The front desk staff was accommodating when I asked for extra towels during my stay. Make sure to check the amenities in the area. you'll find plenty of great options nearby.
