The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering a range of amenities and services. The location was perfect, with easy access to the City Hall MRT station. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service.

I surprised my husband with a stay at Raffles for his birthday and it was perfect! The staff were polite, helpful, and went the extra mile to make our stay wonderful. The room was large and beautiful with a stunning bathroom. The breakfast buffet was massive and delicious. We loved the hotel and its unique details.

The hotel facilities were exceptional, with a beautiful courtyard and botanical garden-like surroundings. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the famous Long Bar for a traditional Singapore Sling and Monkey Nuts. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

The staff were prompt with requests. The room had a separate living space. Afternoon tea at Tiffins was excellent and staff exceptional. Got a free upgrade and celebratory cake for wife's birthday. The facilities were excellent and attention to detail exceptional. Cannot rate it highly enough.

Rooms were comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient. Well worth the expenditure. Beautiful bathroom tiles. Separate lounge and TV area. Fantastic brunch with great service and delicious food. Super clean surroundings. Highly recommended.

We were treated like royalty during our stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was absolutely exquisite, and the service provided by the staff was impeccable. We were especially impressed when our butler surprised us by decorating our room with rose petals while we were out. The use of the spa facilities before our midnight flight was a wonderful touch. we had a truly indulgent and unforgettable experience at Raffles.

The noise levels in the hotel were quite high, making it difficult to sleep at times. the lack of soundproofing in the rooms resulted in disturbances from footsteps and other guests above.

During our romantic escape, we absolutely loved the luxurious suite with its period furniture and a huge, comfortable bed. the attention to detail was impeccable, with daily sheet changes and plenty of clean towels provided. We were also impressed by the excellent quality of the linen. Additionally, the hotel staff were extremely pleasant and respectful throughout our stay, making us feel truly pampered. Furthermore, the location was perfect, allowing us easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.
