The hotel staff, from the Butler to the Check-in person, made us feel special throughout our stay. Our room exceeded expectations with its excellent design and comfort. The entire hotel, recently remodeled, is a work of art. The marble bathrooms with a giant soaking tub were a personal highlight. Felt amazing, no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel lobby was absolutely stunning, with a harpist playing and elegant afternoon tea service. the Christmas tree in the lobby added to the beauty of the atmosphere. the luxury grand city view room was worth every penny, with a spacious lounge area and an exquisite all-white marble bathroom. the hotel had a cocktail bar with expert mixologists, and the Tiffin room provided an exceptional dining experience with charming staff.

Although the overall experience was enjoyable, there were a few areas where the service fell short. We had to wait for 20 minutes during our booked afternoon tea before we were served, although the staff were apologetic and attentive afterwards.

The staff were prompt with requests. The room had a separate living space. Afternoon tea at Tiffins was excellent and staff exceptional. Got a free upgrade and celebratory cake for wife's birthday. The facilities were excellent and attention to detail exceptional. Cannot rate it highly enough.
